Abstract

Nowadays with progress of science and technology, enhancing the entrance of technology in market and competing of the market, the essential strategy of preservation and perfection of a small and medium enterprise is paying attention to R&D[3]. Thus taking use of the most modern strategy in technology management will be a great assistance to these kinds of enterprises. In this article we have decided to demonstrate that how we can achieve the more active competition in the market of small and medium enterprise by making a change in the structure of R&D and mature it to RTD and obtain a major share of the technological products. This arrangement, considered to a case study and then its consequences are analyzed.
